Dean Newlund Interview

In this episode Marcel interviews Dean Newlund, the founder and CEO of Mission Facilitators International, a boutique training and development firm based out of Phoenix, Arizona, with the sole purpose of helping organizations become more connected to their purpose and their people. Dean also hosts his own successful podcast, The Business of Intuition.

Dean and Marcel talk about Dean’s 28 years of working from home experience, including managing kids and family, structuring work and personal time, plus forward looking thoughts about how working from home will impact the post-pandemic world. Dean also shares his insights on full employee engagement and how to embrace mistakes and failure in order to maximize our own or our employee’s productivity while working from home. Finally, taking concepts from his own podcast, Dean discusses how business leaders should tap into the intuition of themselves and those they lead in order to access the highest and best potential of their teams.
