Online video meetings using platforms like Zoom were becoming increasingly popular prior to the pandemic of 2020, but they exploded into our social consciousness during the spring of 2020 and have become an integral part of not only our work lives, but even social activities. Virtual meetings will continue to be a “new normal” even as the pandemic subsides so it is helpful to know some good etiquette tips, including what to do about “Resting Zoom Face.”
